Create your account and organization
Sign up, verify your email, create your first Orthalon organization, and secure the administrator account.
An organization is the security boundary for your members, policies, sensors, events, billing, and reports. Create one organization for each independently administered company or tenant.
Create the account
- Open Sign up and enter your name, work email, and a password of at least eight characters. If your deployment enables a social provider, you can use that provider instead.
- Open the verification message sent by Orthalon and select the verification link.
- After verification, Orthalon opens onboarding. Enter the organization name before completing the All set step.
- Complete onboarding. Orthalon sends you to
/app, which opens your new organization.
If you were invited to an existing organization, use the invitation link. Do not create a second organization unless you need a separate tenant.
Secure the first administrator
Open the user menu at the bottom of the app navigation, select Account settings, and then open Security.
- Enable two-factor authentication for organization owners and administrators.
- Add a passkey when your browser and password manager support it.
- Review active sessions and remove devices you no longer use.
- Keep personal account recovery separate from organization SSO recovery.
Invite your team
Open Administration → Organization → Members.
- Invite one additional owner or administrator so the organization does not depend on a single account.
- Add security, IT, and compliance operators with the least privileged role they need.
- Add pilot users before creating a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed per organization member.
Monitor organizations support up to 25 seats. Protect, Business, and Enterprise support larger deployments.
Confirm the organization is ready
You should now be able to:
- switch to the organization from the organization selector;
- open Security overview, AI app discovery, Policies, Sensors & keys, and Organization settings;
- see Monitor as the default plan when no paid subscription exists;
- open Organization → Billing as an organization administrator.
Next, read Plans and feature access, then run the first monitored rollout.
